Cold call script generator
Tell it who you call, their problem and what changes for them. The script builds as you type — opener to ask, with the objections and a voicemail.
Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you type or upload is sent, stored or logged — there is no server behind this page to send it to.
Your script
1 · Opener
2 · Reason for the call
3 · Value
4 · Questions
- Today, how do you deal with inbound leads going cold before anyone calls them back?
- What happens when it goes wrong — who notices, and what does it cost you?
- If you could fix one part of that this quarter, which part would it be?
5 · Likely objections
“I’m not interested.” Fair enough — you did not expect my call. Most people I speak to say the same until they hear it is about every new lead called inside five minutes. Can I take thirty seconds to explain why I called you specifically, and you tell me if it is irrelevant?
“Just send me an email.” Happy to. So I send something worth opening rather than a brochure — is every new lead called inside five minutes something you are working on this quarter, or not really on the list?
“We already use [competitor].” Good choice for a lot of teams. Out of interest, what made you pick them, and is there anything you have had to work around since?
“We don’t have the budget.” Fair, and I have not given you a reason to find any yet. If every new lead called inside five minutes were worth more than it cost, would budget be the thing stopping it, or would it be something else?
“I’m busy right now.” Understood — I will be quick or I will call back, your choice. The short version: we help teams like yours get every new lead called inside five minutes.
6 · The ask
If you get voicemail
A structure, not a speech
Reps who read a script sound like they are reading. The point of writing one is different: deciding in advance what the call is for, what you will say when they ask why you called, and what you will ask for at the end. Under pressure, that is what goes missing.
The most important field is their problem, in their words. “Inbound leads going cold before anyone calls them back” is something a sales manager has said out loud. “Lead response optimisation” is not, and they will hear the difference.

Cold call scripts, answered
What makes a good cold call script?
A short opener that admits it is a cold call, a reason you called this person specifically, one line of value in their words, a few questions, and a small ask. The script is a structure to fall back on, not something to read word for word.
Does this use AI?
No. It fills a proven structure with what you type, in your browser. That means the result is predictable, you can see where each part came from, and nothing about your offer is sent anywhere.
Which opener should I use?
Permission-based openers ("do you have thirty seconds for me to tell you why I called?") are the safest default. Straight-to-the-point suits busy senior buyers. A referral opener beats both when you have a real name to use.
How long should a cold call be?
Long enough to earn the next step. Most first calls that go well are a few minutes; the aim is a booked meeting, not a closed deal, so the script ends with a small, specific ask.
Keep the script beside the dialer
CallPal’s power dialer moves to the next contact a few seconds after each call ends, with the contact’s name, number and company on screen while it rings.
