What you can do with noCRM.io and CallPal
Built for the same call
noCRM.io is built around the cold call — a lead, a next step, a follow-up. CallPal imports your leads as a calling list and power-dials them in order, which is exactly the workflow they were made for.
Calls land on the lead
Each finished call is logged as a call activity on the lead, with the duration, outcome and a link to the recording, in the same place a rep would log it by hand.
Leads, with their next step
A lead’s name, number, status, step and pipeline come across, so a rep can work only the leads due for a call today rather than the whole pipeline.
One key, one field
Your API key sits in noCRM.io’s admin settings. Paste it into CallPal and the connection is live.

The noCRM.io objects CallPal supports
The list a noCRM.io team actually calls from.
- Leads
- Title, contact name, phone and mobile, email, status, step, pipeline, tags, amount and owner. The calling list.
- Prospecting lists
- Not imported directly yet. In noCRM.io’s own workflow a prospect worth calling becomes a lead, and the lead is what CallPal dials — or export a list to CSV and upload it as its own calling list.
- Client folders
- Not a calling list. A client folder groups leads under one company and carries no number of its own; the leads inside it are already above.
noCRM.io keeps a lead’s contact details inside the lead itself, so a lead is dialled directly. A prospect becomes a lead the moment it is worth following up, which is the workflow CallPal follows.
Why call from noCRM.io with CallPal
noCRM.io is one of the few CRMs designed around the phone call rather than the record — prospecting lists, next steps, a pipeline built for follow-ups. What it does not do is place the call, and that is the gap CallPal fills.
Calls go out on your own SIP trunk with your own caller ID, so a noCRM.io team keeps whatever carrier it has. Each call lands back on the lead as an activity, with the recording a click away, so the lead’s history is complete without anyone typing it.
The power dialer is the natural fit: a prospecting list is a list to be called in order, and that is precisely what the dialer does — next row, the moment the last call ends.
How to connect noCRM.io
- Step 01
Create an API key
noCRM.io → Admin Panel → API → create a key, and name it CallPal so it can be revoked on its own later. Copy the key.
- Step 02
Paste it into CallPal
