Power dialer and click-to-call for Twenty
Dial the people in your Twenty workspace from the browser, and log every call as a note on the person.
- Your people, with every number
- Every call as a note on the person
- Twenty Cloud or self-hosted
What you can do with Twenty and CallPal
Calls land on the person
Each finished call is written to Twenty as a note linked to the person you dialled, with the duration, outcome and a link to the recording, so it sits on their Notes tab beside everything else.
Every number, ready to dial
Twenty keeps a primary phone and any number of others, each with its country code. All of them come across in full international format, so a rep can try the next one without leaving the call screen.
Self-hosted or not
Twenty runs on its own servers or on yours. Point CallPal at the address you open Twenty at and the connection works the same way either way.
One key, one address
Create an API key in Twenty under Settings → Developers → API, then paste it and your workspace address into CallPal.

The Twenty objects CallPal supports
What a Twenty team calls from.
- People
- Name, primary and additional phones, email, job title, company and LinkedIn. The calling list.
- Companies and opportunities
- Not imported directly. A Twenty company has no phone of its own, so a person carries their company’s name instead.
CallPal sees what the API key’s role can see. The key needs to read People and to read and write Notes.
Why call from Twenty with CallPal
CallPal dials on the SIP trunk you already have, with your own caller ID, at your carrier’s rate — no second phone bill, and no numbers to move.
The power dialer works your list end to end: the next person rings the moment the last call ends, and each call is written back as a note so the person’s history stays complete without anyone typing it.
Nothing is changed in Twenty except the call notes. People, companies and views stay exactly as your team keeps them.
How to connect Twenty
- Step 01
Create an API key
In Twenty, open Settings → Developers → API and create an API key. Name it "CallPal" so it can be revoked on its own.
- Step 02
Paste it into CallPal
Settings → Integrations → Twenty. Enter the address you open Twenty at and the key. CallPal checks both straight away.
- Step 03
Pick the fields, then dial
Choose the fields worth keeping. Your people appear under their own tab, ready to call one by one or as a campaign.

What people ask about Twenty
Does it work with a self-hosted Twenty?
Yes. Enter your own server’s address instead of a twenty.com one. The server has to be reachable over HTTPS from the internet, and it should run a recent Twenty — an older server is told so when you connect.
Where do calls appear in Twenty?
As a note linked to the person you dialled, with the duration, outcome and a link to the recording in CallPal.
Other integrations
Calling, recording and reporting work the same way whichever of these you bring, and you can connect more than one.
