JustCall vs Kixie
Two products aimed at the same buyer — a sales team that wants dialing and texting close to the CRM — approaching it from opposite directions. JustCall is a suite you work inside; Kixie overlays the CRM you already have open.
The short answer
Kixie if you live in HubSpot or Pipedrive and want the dial button on the record you are already looking at. JustCall if you want one place for voice, SMS and WhatsApp and do not mind a second tab.

We make CallPal, a competitor to both, and this page says so rather than pretending to be a neutral review site. Both columns are our own read of publicly available information and can change; no pricing is quoted for either, because plans get renamed and a stale number is worse than none. Check both vendors’ sites for the current answer.
Choose JustCall if…
- Your outbound is calls and texts together, in one sequence and one inbox.
- You want WhatsApp or SMS campaigns alongside the dialer.
- You handle inbound conversations on the same numbers you dial from.
Choose Kixie if…
- You are deep in HubSpot or Pipedrive and want dialing inside the CRM, not beside it.
- You want SMS on the same numbers, in the same place.
- Reps should never leave the CRM tab, and one context switch is a real cost to you.
If neither quite fits
Both bundle carriage, and both are strongest around the mainstream CRMs. A team on a smaller CRM, dialing only, tends to find that neither integration list reaches them — which is the specific gap CallPal was built for.
JustCall vs Kixie FAQ
Is a CRM extension better than a separate dialer app?
It is more convenient and more fragile. An extension infers structure from a rendered page, so a CRM redesign can move the dial button onto the wrong field. An app that syncs through the API is one context switch away but does not break when the CRM ships a new layout.
Which is better for SMS?
JustCall carries more channels, WhatsApp included. Kixie has SMS but voice is the centre of the product.
Do either work with Attio or Capsule?
Both are built around the larger CRMs first. Check coverage for your specific CRM directly rather than trusting the size of the integration list — this is exactly where these two thin out.
More head to heads
Outbound-only, on your own carrier
CallPal is a power dialer and click-to-call layer for teams on smaller CRMs. No inbound, no predictive dialing, and no markup on minutes — because we never sell them.
