CallPal vs JustCall
JustCall bundles voice, SMS, WhatsApp and a dialer into a single product with a broad integration list and a fast release cadence. It suits teams whose outbound is a sequence of calls and texts rather than calls alone, and its breadth is the point of it.
CallPal is narrower on purpose: one channel, on a carrier you own. There is no SMS, no WhatsApp and no sequencing — if your outbound depends on texting, JustCall covers something CallPal does not, and no amount of dialer quality makes up for a missing channel.

The JustCall column is our own read of publicly available information and can change. The CRM-coverage row was checked against each vendor’s own integrations directory on 22 August 2026 — a listing there is not proof of a native two-way sync, which is what that row is really about. We quote no competitor pricing at all: plans get renamed and features move between tiers, and a stale number is worse than none.
Choose JustCall if…
- Your outbound is calls and texts together, in one sequence and one inbox.
- You want WhatsApp or SMS campaigns alongside the dialer.
- You handle inbound conversations on the same numbers you dial from.
Choose CallPal if…
- Calling is the whole job, and you would rather buy one thing that does it properly.
- You want wholesale minute rates from a carrier you contract with directly.
- Your CRM needs a native two-way sync rather than a marketplace tile — JustCall lists most of the smaller CRMs, so check what its entry for yours actually does with a completed call.
- You want a manager able to listen, whisper and barge into a live call.
The CRMs CallPal was built for
Contacts sync in, calls go back to the record they came from — as a native call activity where the CRM has one, as a formatted note where it does not.
Plus CSV and Excel import for anything not on the list. See all integrations.
CallPal vs JustCall FAQ
Does CallPal do SMS?
No. CallPal is voice only — click-to-call, power dialing, recording and supervision. If SMS is part of your outbound motion, you would be running two tools.
Is CallPal cheaper than JustCall?
The seat prices are in the same range and published on our pricing page. The difference is the second line on the invoice: CallPal never bills a minute, because your calls run on your own carrier contract at wholesale rates. Whether that is cheaper depends entirely on your volume.
Which CRMs does CallPal connect to?
Attio, Close, ActiveCampaign, Capsule, Copper, Insightly, Nimble and Less Annoying CRM natively, plus CSV and Excel import for anything else. Contacts sync in and calls log back to the record they came from.
