Outbound calling for real estate teams
Work an expired-listing or FSBO list from the browser, keep your brokerage number on every call, and have each one logged against the contact without an agent typing anything.

The list is the job, and the list goes stale in hours
Expireds and FSBOs are worth calling on the morning they appear and much less by the afternoon. An agent working them by hand loses most of the window to dialling, waiting, and typing up what happened.
The other half of the problem is the number. Agents calling from personal mobiles hand their private line to every seller they ever dial, and the brokerage loses the record the moment that agent leaves.
Work the list, not the keypad
Load the morning’s expireds into a campaign and the dialer moves down it — one call per agent, the agent already on the line when it rings. No one answers to silence, which on a cold list is the difference between a conversation and a hang-up.
One brokerage number, on every call
Every outbound call presents the office number rather than the agent’s mobile. Sellers call back to the brokerage, the number stays yours when an agent moves on, and no one has to remember to withhold their own line.
The call log writes itself
Duration, outcome and the recording land on the contact record without anyone typing them. A broker looking at a listing a week later can see who called, when, and what came of it.
Before you call an expired listing
Expireds and FSBOs are the two lists most likely to contain a number on the National Do Not Call Registry, and an expired listing is not by itself an established business relationship. CallPal checks every number against your own do-not-call list before it dials and refuses the ones on it, so a number added after a request stays refused across every campaign.
That is a control, not legal advice — scrubbing against the federal registry and deciding what your brokerage’s policy is remains your call.
The CRMs this trade actually runs
CallPal connects natively to the CRMs the bigger calling platforms treat as an afterthought — which is usually the one you are on.
Questions
Can agents call from their own phones without exposing their number?
They call from the browser, and the call presents your brokerage number. The agent’s own line is never sent to the seller and never needs to be.
Does it check the Do Not Call registry?
CallPal checks every number against your organisation’s own do-not-call list and refuses to dial one that is on it. Scrubbing against the federal registry is a separate step and remains your responsibility.
What happens when an agent leaves?
The number, the contacts and every call recording stay with the brokerage. Remove the agent’s seat and their access ends; nothing about the record moves with them.
Can a broker listen to calls?
Yes — live, with listen, whisper or barge, and afterwards through the recording on each call. Whisper is the one that matters for a new agent: you can coach mid-call without the seller hearing you.
