What you can do with Pipedrive and CallPal
Every number on the person
A Pipedrive person can carry a work line, a mobile and a home number, each labelled. CallPal brings all of them across and leads with the one Pipedrive marks primary.
Calls go into the call log
Not a note — Pipedrive keeps a dedicated call log, and that is where each finished call lands, with the duration, outcome and a link to the recording, on the person’s timeline.
Work a deal stage
A deal brings the person behind it, so selecting everyone at one stage of a pipeline and power-dialing them is a few clicks rather than an export.
Your custom fields come too
Every custom field on a person or organization comes across with the record and can be shown as a column, so your own segmentation survives the trip.

The Pipedrive objects CallPal supports
Pipedrive’s people and the organizations they belong to, with deals as a way to slice them.
- Persons
- Name, every labelled phone and email, organization, owner, labels and your custom fields. The default calling list.
- Organizations
- Name, address, owner and custom fields. Pipedrive gives an organization no phone field of its own, so one is dialable when your account added a custom phone field — otherwise its people, already above, are the ones to call.
- Deals
- Title, value, stage, pipeline and expected close, with the person attached, so a pipeline stage becomes a calling list.
- Leads
- Not a calling list on its own. A Pipedrive lead carries no phone — the person linked to it does, and that person is already above.
Pipedrive keeps phone numbers on the person. Deals and organizations are ways of choosing which people to call; the number dialled is always the person’s.
Why call from Pipedrive with CallPal
Pipedrive is built around the pipeline, and a calling list built from a pipeline stage is the most useful list a sales team has. What Pipedrive does not do is place the call. CallPal adds that without changing how you work.
Calls go out on your own SIP trunk with your own caller ID — no minutes to buy from anyone — and each one lands in Pipedrive’s own call log, where Pipedrive already expects calls to be, with the recording a click away.
The power dialer is the part that turns a stage into a session: select the deals, press start, and the next person is dialling the moment the last call ends.
How to connect Pipedrive
- Step 01
Connect your company
Settings → Integrations → Pipedrive, then Continue. Pipedrive shows what CallPal is asking for and you approve it — no token to create, copy or store.
- Step 02
Approve the access
Reading contacts and deals is how your calling lists arrive; reading users turns owners into names. The phone-integration permission is the one that writes each finished call into the call log.
- Step 03
Pick what to import, then dial
Choose persons, organizations or deals and the fields worth keeping. Your people appear under their own tab, ready for the power dialer to work end to end.

What people ask about Pipedrive
Does Pipedrive have a built-in dialer?
Not on the desktop. Pipedrive’s own help centre says it has no built-in calling integration: calls are made from its iOS and Android apps, or through a calling app from its Marketplace. CallPal fills that gap from the browser, and every call still lands in Pipedrive’s own call log.
Can I call organizations, or only people?
Pipedrive keeps phone numbers on the person, and gives an organization no phone field of its own. If your account added a custom phone field to organizations, CallPal picks it up and the organization is dialable; otherwise you call the people in it.
Which number does CallPal dial?
The one Pipedrive marks primary. Every other labelled number on the person comes across too and stays a click away.
Where do calls appear in Pipedrive?
In the call log on the person you dialled — the same place Pipedrive records its own calls — with the duration, outcome and a link to the recording.
Other integrations
Calling, recording and reporting work the same way whichever of these you bring, and you can connect more than one.
