Power dialer and click-to-call for HubSpot
Dial your HubSpot contacts, companies, deals and tickets straight from the browser, and let every call log itself back as a HubSpot call. The custom objects you built come across too.
- Contacts, companies, deals and tickets
- Your custom objects too
- Calls log as HubSpot calls
What you can do with HubSpot and CallPal
Dial any record with a number on it
A contact’s phone or mobile, a company’s switchboard — click it in CallPal and the call goes out on your own SIP trunk with your company caller ID. No copy-paste, no separate softphone.
Calls land as HubSpot calls
Not as a note. Each finished call becomes a call engagement on the record’s timeline, with the direction, duration, outcome and a link to the recording, so it shows up in HubSpot’s own call reporting.
Custom objects come too
If your portal has Properties, Applicants or Vehicles, they appear beside contacts and companies when you choose what to import. Anything with a phone property is a calling list. Calls made from a custom object stay in CallPal’s call history rather than being written to HubSpot.
Work a deal stage or a ticket queue
Deals and tickets import with the contact associated to them, so a rep can call everyone at one pipeline stage, or every open ticket, instead of an alphabetical list.

The HubSpot objects CallPal supports
HubSpot’s four standard objects and every custom object your portal defines.
- Contacts
- First and last name, phone and mobile, email, company, job title, lifecycle stage, lead status and owner, plus any contact property you choose. The default calling list.
- Companies
- Name, phone, domain, industry, city and owner, for when the switchboard is the right number.
- Deals
- Deal name, amount, stage, pipeline and close date, with the associated contact’s number, so a stage of the pipeline becomes a calling list.
- Tickets
- Subject, status, priority and pipeline, with the associated contact’s number, for support follow-up calls worked in sequence.
- Custom objects
- Every object your portal defines, with its own properties. One with a phone property is a calling list like any other, though calls made from it are not written back to HubSpot.
Deals and tickets carry no phone of their own in HubSpot. CallPal brings across the number of the contact associated with each, which is the person a rep would call about it.
Why call from HubSpot with CallPal
HubSpot has a dialer of its own, and it is priced and built for HubSpot’s own calling minutes. If your team already has a carrier — or wants one it chooses, at rates it negotiated — that is the thing CallPal changes. Calls go out on your own SIP trunk, with your own caller ID, and the minutes are never ours to meter.
Everything else stays in HubSpot. Your contacts, companies, deals and tickets become calling lists in CallPal; every call writes back to the timeline as a real call engagement, not a note; and your custom objects come along with their own properties rather than being flattened into contacts.
The power dialer is what HubSpot’s own click-to-call does not do. Select a stage, a list or a ticket queue, press start, and the next record is dialling the moment the last call ends.
How to connect HubSpot
- Step 01
Connect your portal
Settings → Integrations → HubSpot, then Continue. HubSpot asks which account to connect and to approve what CallPal is requesting — there is no token to create, copy or store.
- Step 02
Approve the access
Reading contacts, companies, deals, tickets and your custom objects is how your calling lists arrive. The one write CallPal asks for is the one that logs each finished call back as a call engagement.
- Step 03
Pick what to import, then dial
Choose your objects and the properties worth keeping. Your contacts appear under their own tab, ready for the power dialer to work end to end.

What people ask about HubSpot
HubSpot already has calling. Why add CallPal?
HubSpot’s own calling comes with a monthly allowance of minutes that depends on your plan. CallPal runs on your own carrier instead, so there is no allowance to run out of and you pay your carrier’s rate for every minute, which matters most for heavy dialing and calls outside the US and Canada. If the included minutes cover your team, HubSpot’s calling may be all you need.
Does CallPal work with a HubSpot account in the EU?
Yes. The connection works the same wherever your portal is hosted, and the links back from CallPal open your records on the host your portal actually lives on.
Will calls show up in HubSpot?
Yes, as call engagements on the record, with the duration, outcome and a link to the recording — so they count in HubSpot’s call reporting rather than sitting in a note.
Do custom objects work?
Yes. Every object your portal defines is offered when you choose what to import, with its own properties. Anything carrying a phone property becomes a calling list.
