CallPal for Zoho CRM

Dial your Zoho leads, contacts, accounts and deals — and your custom modules — from the browser, and let every call write itself back as a Zoho call.

  • Leads, contacts, accounts and deals
  • Your custom modules too
  • Calls log as Zoho calls

What you can do with Zoho CRM and CallPal

  • Dial leads before they are contacts

Zoho keeps leads and contacts apart, and so does CallPal. Work a fresh lead list without it mixing with the customers you already have.

  • Calls land as Zoho calls

Each finished call becomes a record in Zoho’s own Calls module, on the lead, contact, account or deal you dialled — with the duration, outcome and a link to the recording — so it shows up in Zoho’s activity reports.

  • Custom modules come too

If you built a Properties or Vehicles module, it appears beside the standard ones when you choose what to import. Anything with a phone field is a calling list.

  • Wherever your Zoho account lives

Zoho runs separate data centres for the US, Europe, India, Australia and more. CallPal connects to the one your account is in.

The Zoho CRM objects CallPal supports

Zoho CRM’s core modules and every custom module your organization defines.

Leads
First and last name, phone and mobile, email, company, lead status, lead source and owner. The default calling list.
Contacts
Name, phone and mobile, email, account, title, department and owner, plus any contact field you choose.
Accounts
Account name, phone, website, industry and owner, for when the company line is the right number.
Deals
Deal name, amount, stage, closing date and the contact behind the deal with their number, so a stage becomes a calling list.
Custom modules
Every module your organization defines, with its own fields. One carrying a phone field is a calling list like any other.

A deal in Zoho carries no phone of its own. CallPal brings across the number of the contact linked to it, which is the person a rep would call about the deal.

Why call from Zoho CRM with CallPal

Zoho CRM sells its own telephony, priced on Zoho’s minutes. If your team already has a carrier, or wants one it chooses at rates it negotiated, CallPal is the difference: calls go out on your own SIP trunk, with your own caller ID, and the minutes are never ours to meter.

Everything else stays in Zoho. Leads, contacts, accounts and deals become calling lists; every call writes back as a record in Zoho’s own Calls module rather than a note; and your custom modules come across with their own fields instead of being squeezed into contacts.

The power dialer is the part Zoho does not have on its own. Pick a lead view or a deal stage, press start, and the next record is dialling the moment the last call ends — with the recording and outcome already on their way back to Zoho.

How to connect Zoho CRM

  1. Step 01

    Connect your organization

Settings → Integrations → Zoho CRM, then Continue. Zoho signs you in at your own data centre and asks you to approve what CallPal is requesting — no token to create or paste.

  2. Step 02

    Approve the access

Reading your modules — the standard four and your custom ones — is how the calling lists arrive. The one create CallPal asks for is on the Calls module, which is how each finished call is written back.

  3. Step 03

Pick what to import, then dial

Choose your modules and the fields worth keeping. Your records appear under their own tabs, ready for the power dialer to work end to end.

What people ask about Zoho CRM

Do custom modules work?

Yes. Every module your organization defines is offered when you choose what to import, with its own fields, and calls log back to its records the same way they do for the standard modules.

Where will calls appear in Zoho?

In the Calls module, attached to the lead, contact, account or deal you dialled, with the duration, outcome and a link to the recording — so they count in Zoho’s own activity reports.

My Zoho account is in the EU. Does that matter?

No. Zoho runs separate data centres by region and CallPal connects to the one your account lives in, so the connection works the same whether you are on zoho.com, zoho.eu, zoho.in or another.

Other integrations

Calling, recording and reporting work the same way whichever of these you bring, and you can connect more than one.
