Speed to the quote, and a record of what was said

A quote request is worth calling in minutes and much less by the next day. Agencies lose most of that window to a queue of numbers being dialled by hand.

And insurance is a business where what was said on the call matters later — to a compliance review, to a complaint, occasionally to a regulator. A note typed from memory two hours afterwards is not a record.

Every call recorded, with disclosure handled

CallPal can play a recording disclosure to the person you called before the call connects, on every outbound call, without the agent remembering anything. A script an agent is meant to recite is not evidence; a system that plays the announcement and logs that it played is.

Renewals as a campaign, not a spreadsheet

Load the month’s renewals into a campaign and the dialer works down it. The queue lives on the server, so two agents sharing a book never call the same policyholder twice.

Recordings kept only as long as you want them

Recordings are encrypted at rest with a retention window you set, and deleted when it expires. Keeping call audio forever is a liability as much as an asset, and this is the control for that.

The consent rule is not national

Federal law needs one party’s consent to record a call and your agent counts as that party — but roughly a dozen states are generally read as requiring everyone’s, California, Florida and Illinois among them. An agency calling across state lines crosses that boundary constantly, and no court has settled which law governs a call between two of them.

The practical answer most agencies land on is to disclose on every call regardless, which is why CallPal makes the announcement automatic rather than a thing an agent has to remember. Not legal advice.

The CRMs this trade actually runs

CallPal connects natively to the CRMs the bigger calling platforms treat as an afterthought — which is usually the one you are on.

Questions

Can it play a recording disclosure automatically?

Yes. It plays to the person you called before the call connects, on every outbound call, and the fact that it played is logged with the call. Agents do not have to remember anything.

How long are recordings kept?

For a retention window you set. They are encrypted at rest and deleted when the window expires, so call audio does not accumulate indefinitely.

Can two agents share a renewal list without double-calling?

Yes. A campaign queue lives on the server rather than on each agent’s screen, so a policyholder handed to one agent is not handed to another.

Does CallPal give compliance advice?

No. It gives you the controls — automatic disclosure, a do-not-call list every dialer is checked against, retention limits, and an audit log. What your agency’s policy should be is a question for your own counsel.
