Power dialer
CallPal vs ConnectAndSell
ConnectAndSell is not really a dialer, it is a service. Live agents dial, work through phone trees and gatekeepers, and hand your rep a conversation that is already connected. For teams whose reps’ time is expensive and whose lists are hard to get through, that model does something no software does on its own.
CallPal is software. Your reps dial, your reps meet the gatekeeper, and the product’s job is to remove the overhead around the call rather than the call itself. It costs a seat price rather than a price per conversation, which is a different shape of decision entirely.

The ConnectAndSell column is our own read of publicly available information and can change. The CRM-coverage row was checked against each vendor’s own integrations directory on 22 August 2026 — a listing there is not proof of a native two-way sync, which is what that row is really about. We quote no competitor pricing at all: plans get renamed and features move between tiers, and a stale number is worse than none.
Choose ConnectAndSell if…
- Your reps’ time is expensive enough that paying someone else to dial pays for itself.
- Your lists are gatekeeper-heavy and getting through is the hard part, not the pitch.
- You would rather buy conversations than buy software.
Choose CallPal if…
- You want a predictable seat price rather than a cost that scales with conversations.
- Your reps are willing to dial; it is the overhead around the call that slows them.
- The calls, recordings and contact data need to stay in systems you control.
- You want your own carrier contract rather than calling arranged on your behalf.
The CRMs CallPal was built for
Contacts sync in, calls go back to the record they came from — as a native call activity where the CRM has one, as a formatted note where it does not.
Plus CSV and Excel import for anything not on the list. See all integrations.
CallPal vs ConnectAndSell FAQ
Does CallPal dial on our behalf?
No. It is software your own reps use — nobody at CallPal places a call for you, and there is no agent service behind it.
How do the two price?
A conversation service is priced against the conversations it produces; CallPal is priced per seat, with minutes billed by your own carrier. Which is cheaper depends entirely on how many conversations a rep gets per hour today.
What does CallPal actually remove, then?
The overhead either side of the call: finding the next name, copying the number, waiting through the ring, writing the note, remembering where you stopped. Measure your dead time per dial and that is the number it moves.
