CallPal

CallPal vs Koncert

Koncert offers a range of dialing modes in one product — click dialing, flow dialing, agent-assisted and multi-line parallel — so a team can pick the intensity that suits the list in front of it. For teams that want to change gear as campaigns change, that flexibility is the product.

CallPal has one gear. One call per rep, always, whether it is a saved campaign several reps share or an ad-hoc selection from the contacts table. Fewer choices to make, and a carrier contract in your own name.

The Koncert column is our own read of publicly available information and can change. The CRM-coverage row was checked against each vendor’s own integrations directory on 22 August 2026 — a listing there is not proof of a native two-way sync, which is what that row is really about. We quote no competitor pricing at all: plans get renamed and features move between tiers, and a stale number is worse than none.

Choose Koncert if…

  • You want to switch dialing intensity as the list and the campaign change.
  • Agent-assisted dialing, where a person handles the gatekeeper, is something you want.
  • Multi-line parallel dialing suits your volume and your concurrency.

Choose CallPal if…

  • One mode, done properly, is what you actually want to buy.
  • You want a shared server-side queue several reps work at once without double-dialing.
  • Your CRM is a smaller one that needs a native connector and call write-back.
  • You want wholesale minutes and numbers that stay yours when you switch tools.

The CRMs CallPal was built for

Contacts sync in, calls go back to the record they came from — as a native call activity where the CRM has one, as a formatted note where it does not.

Plus CSV and Excel import for anything not on the list. See all integrations.

CallPal vs Koncert FAQ

Is one dialing mode a limitation?

It is a choice. Every mode above one call per rep introduces the silent pause and the abandoned-call rate that comes with it, and we would rather not ship something whose compliance burden lands on the customer.

Can several reps work the same list?

Yes. A campaign queue lives on the server and hands each contact out once, so two reps starting at the same moment cannot call the same person twice.

Can a campaign use more than one carrier?

Yes. A campaign can be split across several SIP trunks by percentage, which keeps load off any one carrier, and a trunk that starts failing its health check falls through to the next rather than dropping calls.
