Power dialer
CallPal vs Myphoner
Myphoner is unusual in this market for being deliberately small: a clean queue for working a lead list, sensible follow-up scheduling, and very little else to learn. Teams who bounced off heavier tools often land here for exactly that reason, and the restraint is the product rather than a gap in it.
CallPal shares the instinct and draws the line in a different place. It is also single-purpose, but the purpose includes call recording with a retention policy, live supervision, native CRM sync and a SIP trunk of your own. Simpler than a platform, heavier than Myphoner — and if Myphoner already fits, that is a good reason to stay.
CallPal vs Myphoner, row by row

The Myphoner column is our own read of publicly available information and can change. The CRM-coverage row was checked against each vendor’s own integrations directory on 22 August 2026 — a listing there is not proof of a native two-way sync, which is what that row is really about. We quote no competitor pricing at all: plans get renamed and features move between tiers, and a stale number is worse than none.
Choose Myphoner if…
- You want the smallest possible tool for working a lead list, and genuinely nothing more.
- Follow-up scheduling and re-queueing leads is the core of how you work.
- Recordings, supervision and CRM sync are things you do not need and would rather not pay for.
Choose CallPal if…
- Calls need to be recorded, encrypted at rest and kept to a stated policy.
- A manager should be able to listen, whisper or barge into a live call.
- Contacts should sync from your CRM and the calls should go back onto those records.
- You want a real SIP trunk with caller-ID masking the system enforces.
The CRMs CallPal was built for
Contacts sync in, calls go back to the record they came from — as a native call activity where the CRM has one, as a formatted note where it does not.
Plus CSV and Excel import for anything not on the list. See all integrations.
CallPal vs Myphoner FAQ
Is CallPal as simple as Myphoner?
No, and it would be dishonest to claim otherwise. There is a SIP trunk to connect and roles to assign. What that buys is recording, supervision and CRM write-back — if you do not need those, the simpler tool is the better tool.
What does CallPal need before the first call?
A SIP trunk from any carrier offering registration or IP authentication, and a contact list — synced from a CRM or uploaded as a CSV or Excel file. Most teams have both in place in an afternoon.
Does CallPal handle follow-up scheduling?
Not as a queue of its own. Contacts carry statuses and notes, and campaigns track what has been dialed, but there is no built-in "call this person back in nine days" scheduler.
