Cloud phone system
CallPal vs Ringover
Ringover is a cloud phone system popular across Europe: inbound routing, generous bundled calling to a long list of destinations, a power dialer, and an integration list aimed at the mid-market. If your destinations are on the bundle, that is a genuinely strong offer and hard to beat on price.
CallPal takes the other side of that trade. Nothing is bundled, because you hold the carrier contract — worse if the bundle already covers where you call, better if it does not or if your volume makes wholesale cheaper. And there is no inbound at all.
CallPal vs Ringover, row by row
Seven capabilities that actually separate outbound calling tools. Two of them CallPal does not have.

The Ringover column is our own read of publicly available information and can change. The CRM-coverage row was checked against each vendor’s own integrations directory on 22 August 2026 — a listing there is not proof of a native two-way sync, which is what that row is really about. We quote no competitor pricing at all: plans get renamed and features move between tiers, and a stale number is worse than none.
Choose Ringover if…
- Bundled calling already covers the countries you dial.
- You need inbound routing and a company phone presence across Europe.
- One vendor for numbers, calling and software is what you want on the invoice.
Choose CallPal if…
- Your destinations fall outside the bundle, or your volume makes wholesale cheaper.
- You already have a carrier relationship worth keeping.
- Outbound is the whole job and inbound is somebody else’s problem.
- You need connectors for the smaller CRMs, with calls written back to the record.
The CRMs CallPal was built for
Contacts sync in, calls go back to the record they came from — as a native call activity where the CRM has one, as a formatted note where it does not.
Plus CSV and Excel import for anything not on the list. See all integrations.
CallPal vs Ringover FAQ
Is bundled calling cheaper than BYOC?
Often, if your destinations are inside the bundle — that is exactly what a bundle is good at. It stops being cheaper when you call outside it, or when your volume is large enough that wholesale termination beats an averaged rate.
Does CallPal work outside the US?
Yes. It is carrier-agnostic, so it works with any provider offering SIP registration or IP authentication, wherever they are. Country-specific rules about calling hours and consent remain yours to follow.
Can I run more than one carrier?
Yes, and most teams should. Trunks are ranked by country and priority, a campaign can be split across several by percentage, and a trunk failing its health check falls through to the next instead of dropping calls.
